After China and Malaysia waived travel visa requirements for each other’s citizens on December 1st, 2023, China authorities continued to sign an agreement with Singapore on a 30-day mutual visa exemption that will allow ordinary passport holders from both countries to travel, visit families, and do business. The agreement will go into effect on February 9th, 2024. What’s more, China also announced that citizens of China and Thailand can travel between the two countries without a visa starting on March 1st, 2024, with a maximum stay of 30 days.
